R&E Board Members

Ramsey/Washington Recycling & Energy is governed by the joint powers Ramsey/Washington Recycling & Energy Board (R&E Board), which is comprised of commissioners from the two counties, as well as two ex officio members from the City of Newport and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.

Each county designates an alternate commissioner to serve on the board in the absence of a county’s representative board member.
